Hi David. Thanks for the comments. I see that you like the picture of the Moose in the midle of the road. Our speed was about 8o km/t(ca50mph)and it was a lot of fog that day. It was nice to have good brakes. The picture is captured thro the front window. I hope you understand the story, cause my english is not the best.
ReplyDeleteYou have a great picture here with beautiful depth of field. Keep up the good work.
We have been 14 days in Spain on holiday but now we are back on track again.
Cheers....
Nice shot! I can even see the little fuzzy tips of the grasses.
ReplyDeleteHi John,
ReplyDeleteThanks for dropping round. Sounds like that Moose experience was pretty exciting! Your english is certainly good enough, this story was very understandable.
Hope you have a nice time now back from Spain. I hope I can visit Europe some day, the scenery is beatuiful......
Cheers,
David
Hi Sandpiper,
ReplyDeleteYes, the grass tips help make this picture less "monotonous". I was just sitting in the grass, at a rocket launch actually, when I noticed the grass swaying in the breeze and took a quick capture. Guess it turned out all right! :)
Cheers,
David
Hi David.
ReplyDeleteThe ice flakes are captured on about 10 meters(400 inches)and they are not big. I guess the rectangular one is about 20x20 inches(in norwegian 50x50cm :-)and the triangular one iso a little biger. The ice flake picture is also a crop picture.
I use Adobe Lighthroom for develope, converting to jpg, resize, crop, adjustments, managment etc for my picture.
I shot my picture in raw format and then you have a lot of adjustments posibillyties like sharpen, colour, light, shadow etc. I do not manipulate them only adjust them for best reslut. It`s a very good photo program.
cheers :-)
Hi John,
ReplyDeleteThanks for your very detailed answer to my question. I have heard that Lightroom is good for photo editing and management, but haven't actually used it myself. I too only adjust the photos, but don't manipulate them. Thanks for the info!
Cheers,
David
David this is really well framed photo, and makes me crave spring even more. Thanks for sharing, Anna :)
ReplyDeleteHi Anna,
ReplyDeleteHas your spring started yet? I thought it was supposed to start just the other day? This picture does remind me of Spring too. We don't have much green grass here now, so it's kind of a highlight that I tried to capture!
Cheers,
David
I love this photo...
ReplyDeleteIt makes me wanna travel a long way... away into the wild...
