Glowing Orange Sunrise (Silhouette) - Sky Watch Friday

"Don't worry about the future...."
Sky glowing orange as the sun rises

Sky Watch Friday
Orange Sunrise in Australia with Tree Silhouette
On Wednesday I got up around 6am, just before the sun rose, and was able to capture this shot. Once again, this sunrise is different from all my previous shots. Watching the sun rise helped me to stop and forget all my worries of the future, just take a moment to relax and enjoy the present. I hope you can also take some time one day soon to watch the sun rise. Each one is different, so you'll be guaranteed of a fresh show every day.

  32. Hi merging point,

Exactly so, no two lives are ever the same, and neither are any two moments in a person's life. It is up to us to savour every moment, and make the best of it.

  49. Beautiful orange! I agree about seeing daily sunrises except when there won't be sun on the day which has been like that for quite a while South of where you live in Sydney :)

    ReplyDelete
  50. Hi Anonymous,

Good point! At least even when there isn't sun you can get great cloud shots - try a really large (number) f-stop and see what you can get. :)

  57. What a beautiful picture. I love pictures of nature, specifically sunsets and the ocean. If you have a lot of pictures to showcase, why not get paid for sharing them. I upload my pictures on Shareapic then post them on my blogs and get paid every time someone looks at them. One of my pictures is showcased on the Shareapic website as May 2008 featured pictures (it's the Eiffel Tower pic from the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas).
