  1. Reminds me to say,
    Firm as the rock
    Flowing as the river

  2. Hi merging point,

Exactly! This rock, although being pounded by waves on all sides, stands firm, while the river flows smoothly by.

    Cheers,

  3. I like this photo. Running water is very expressive.

  4. Hi davidlind,

That's what I find nice about this photo (and all water photos), the water really seems to be moving and the rock adds another dimension to it.

    Cheers,

    David

  6. David, very nice, I love and I fear water. I find it beautiful and scary at the same time. Nice photo. Anna :)

  7. Hi JJ,

Yes, although I didn't get to catch any real fish, this was a big enough "net" gain for me! :)

    Cheers,

  8. Hi Anna,

I've got a funny story about my visit to this lake. On the day when I got this photo, I went out on the lake in a tiny raft with very short paddles. As you can imagine, the raft didn't stand up well to the strong wind and waves, so we eventually ended up getting help to drag the boat back to shore! On that occasion, I certainly didn't see the "beautiful" side of the water! :)

    Cheers,

    David
