  2. I quite like how the line of the rocks matches the lines of the otters. Really nice.

  4. They look so wary, so intelligent - and so wet! Love otters. And oddly enough I was dreaming of otters two nights ago.

BTW I'm having horrible trouble with that letter verification thing!

  8. Hi chris,

Playful alright - these fellas were extremely active when I took this photo. I had to take about 70 odd shots before I could actually get both of them in the frame at once!

    Cheers,

I hadn't noticed that before. Great observation. The rocks certainly do help.

  11. Hi Sandy Carlson,

I'm not sure if these are male and female. They could well be, as they certainly take good care of each other.

  13. Hi Marcia,

Yes, that is one of the things I have found amazing about these animals. Apparently they have a sort of grease covering them so that the water flows over - an inbuilt swimsuit!

    David

  14. Hi Napaboaniya,

I certainly wouldn't want to be hunting one of these. For one thing, they're so beautiful, and for another I wouldn't be able to keep track of them!

    Cheers,

    David
