Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas!

In my last post I asked you all what photo you would like as a Christmas gift. I have received quite a few varied responses, so thank you all for your feedback. In this post I've included two of the requests. A Merry Christmas to you all, and may you have a fruitful and happy New Year in 2008!

Nature Nut / JJ Loch asked for a photo of the interior of a church decorated for Christmas.

Tom and Anna asked for an "Aussie Christmas Tree" (Most of them are the same as he American ones!)

  1. Thank you David! Very interesting red garland/tinsel on the tree. Merry Christmas. We have about one half inch of snow here...Barely a white Christmas, which is what we all pine for here in the U.S.

  3. Hi Tom,

Sorry to hear about the lack of snow around your parts. We also hope for a "White Christmas" here, although the only time we got it was from hail!

    Cheers,

    David

  5. Hi David, thanks for the link. Nice little church and nice Xmas tree, no surprise here, just like at home. Very nice, and hope you are enjoying your Xmas, and not to late to wish you a Happy New Year 2008. Enjoy, Anna :)

  8. Don't beat yourself about the lack of snow at Christmas. Here in Victoria BC we had the snowiest
Christmas in Canada. I was worried about
the palm trees, but they survived -7°. The steep driveway [I live on the side of a mountain]was impassable. Picture pretty, certainly but a pain the the nether regions otherwise. When I see that Melbourne is coasting around 30+° I'm not envious.
